Gluten Free Soda Crackers


  • 1 cup gluten free flour blend plus a little extra for rolling

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup Dairy Free Butter

  • 2 tsp almond milk or milk of your choosing

  • 1/3 cup water

  • coarse kosher salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large bowl, combine flour mixture and baking powder. Add in the butter until you have a course blend. Add in the milk and water until you get a soft dough.

  3. Using flour, lightly dust a surface for you to roll out dough on. Roll out the dough as thin as you can get it. Cut into squares using a knife or pizza cutter. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and transfer the squares to it. With a fork, stick each square four or five times. Then sprinkle with salt.

  4. Bake the crackers for six minutes, rotating them at three minutes. Keep cooking and rotating until the crackers are crisp and golden in color. Let them cool completely before you eat them. If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container.
