Gluten Free and Vegan Sriracha Peanut Sauce
3 tbsp peanut butter (or 3 tbsp of peanut flour and 2 tbsp of water)
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp crushed garlic (or 1 tsp of garlic powder)
1 tbsp grated ginger (or 1 tsp of ginger powder)
1 tsp lime zest
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp Liquid Aminos or Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Unseasoned rice wine vinegar
1-2 tsp Sriracha to taste
1 tsp dried cilantro
Yield: 4 Servings
Whisk together ingredients, adding in oil or water to desired, but slightly chunky, consistency.
Add sauce to cooked noodles and reheat on stove or microwave and toss.
