Gluten Free and Vegan Sriracha Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (or 3 tbsp of peanut flour and 2 tbsp of water)

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 2 tsp crushed garlic (or 1 tsp of garlic powder)

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger (or 1 tsp of ginger powder)

  • 1 tsp lime zest

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 2 tbsp Liquid Aminos or Gluten Free Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Unseasoned rice wine vinegar

  • 1-2 tsp Sriracha to taste

  • 1 tsp dried cilantro

    Yield: 4 Servings

Instructions

  1. Whisk together ingredients, adding in oil or water to desired, but slightly chunky, consistency.

  2. Add sauce to cooked noodles and reheat on stove or microwave and toss.
